05 Aug Potato Salad with Dorina Chimichurri
- 9 large potatoes (approx 7 people)
- Wash and peel then add to a large pot of boiling water
- Make sure potatoes are covered in boiled water
- Cooked on med – high heat for approx 20mins
- To check if potatoes are cooked pierce through potatoes with a knife or skewer
- If cooked instrument should good straight through easily
Once cooked strain water place potatoes in large bowl, let then cool down for 10 mins, add Dorina Chimichurri either hot or mild and place in fridge best served cold in summer and warm in winter.
