05 Aug Fish and chips with Dorina Chimichurri
- 2 pieces of Flathead or Catch of Day
- Grill in dip dish with a 1/4 cup of water (so as fish is 1/4 in water) cooking time approx 12min in high heat
While that is cooking, grab 2 large potatoes peel and wash, cut in chips strips thin then heat cooking oil for 4 mins on med heat.
Add cut chips in frying pan, once they change to a golden colour remove with a hand held strainer and place hot chips into separate bowl.
Add salt to liking and mix thoroughly and remove fish from grill add to plate as well for chips. Grab a cold beer and enjoy, this is living.
