Thank you very much for the sample jars of your chimichurri. It is an excellent product, and I will recommend it to listeners and readers. I have tried both versions, and I have tried them on a range of grilled foods, and they work very well indeed – especially the hot version, which I prefer. It was especially good on a slab of chargrilled blue-eye, but I have also tried it on steak, chicken and pork, and also tried it as a dressing for a grilled haloumi, chorizo, roasted red pepper and chick pea salad: it was outstanding, and an interesting point of difference.
